Lou began her career in Audio Post Production over 20 years ago.

She joined Factory in 2007 where she quickly established a production department, leading her to Head of Production.

She is extremely proud to have produced some award-winning projects, including Honda ‘Paper’, John Lewis ‘The Long Wait’ Christmas campaign & Aoife McArdle’s feature film, ‘Kissing Candice’.

Whilst she’s very proud of the work she’s produced over the years, she is equally proud of the unique team she’s helped nurture.

As the Managing Director, she is excited about the future of diverse projects for the Factory Family and is equally excited to help the team grow both professionally and personally.

In her spare time, she likes to hang out with friends and find new places to walk Winnie, her cheeky whippet pup.

Deborah started her journey at Factory joining the Production department back in 2019, she then moved to her present position as Head of Production/Executive Producer. In her role, she oversees the Production team and embraces the responsibility of fostering growth within the department, taking great pride in steering such a remarkably talented team.

Beyond her managerial duties, Deborah has an impressive track record of audio producing numerous award-winning campaigns recognised by the British Arrows, BAFTA, and Cannes Lions to name a few.

In addition to her commercial work, Deborah extends her expertise to Longform across Feature Film and TV Serialisations at Factory. She has worked on a diverse array of projects, ranging from broadcast TV programs such as the multi-BAFTA-winning 'Stath Lets Flats' to the critically acclaimed 'Femme,' which debuted at the Berlin International Festival and is now available on Netflix.

Deborah is also proud to have been selected for Awards Jury’s including D&AD, Creative Circle and the Young Arrows

Having worked in the industry for over 5 years in broadcast and music production, Olivia (or Liv for short) soon discovered her passion for Audio Post. In her 5 years as an Audio Producer she’s worked on numerous large campaigns for brands such as EA, Amazon, Samsung and LEGO to name but a few.

With a master’s in Stand-Up Comedy, she’s a fan of funny, particularly watching comedy series and movies. You’ll also catch her gaming and putting her mind to the test at a pub quiz!

Amelia has worked in the industry for over 5 years, originally hailing from Aotearoa/New Zealand, where she worked as a Post Production Coordinator across various Feature Films, TV Series, Documentaries and Short Films, she made the move over to the United Kingdom in 2024. Since then, Amelia has enjoyed diving into the world of Audio Post and working on campaigns for a number of well-known brands since joining the Factory Family as a Junior Audio Producer.

When she’s not at work, Amelia can be found running laps around her local park, planning her next European adventure or continuing her search for the perfect Matcha Latte.

Growing up with a session musician grandparent meant sound and music were always bound to influence Em's life; from taking part in Theatre School for ten years to falling in love with the sound of cinema through her degree in Film at the University of Brighton.

Em embarked on her journey into the industry as a Production Assistant in 2022, working across both ADR for TV and Film and commercial audio projects, quickly working her way through the ranks to join Factory as a Junior Audio Producer.

In her free time, Em enjoys paddle-boarding near her stretch of the Thames, and can often be found in a pub garden with pals.
