James joined the Factory Family in 2013 and progressed within the company to become a Creative Director.

Over the years, James has honed his craft by working across numerous campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, BBC, Volkswagen, Apple and PlayStation, to name a few.

James is particularly proud of his work on the 2024 Paris Olympics campaign for the BBC, as well as his more recent work for Vue Cinema's EPIC screens. Alongside this, his other projects have earned numerous accolades from the Clios, Creative Circle, Music and Sound Awards, The One Club and Kinsale Sharks, and his most recent work on the short film Trading Cards has helped to win best animation at Flickerfest '26.
